It really is funny as hell looking at Drummond's On/Off numbers.

W/o Drummond the Pistons were a great defensive team w/ a slightly above average offense.

W/ Drummond they were putrid defensively and slightly below average offensively.

Yeah, I dont think he is good, but I dont think he is what is holding Drummond back. Rudy Gobert was pretty good when he had Shelvin Mack and Raul Neto PG'ing with him.

Same DBPM as Jordan and more defensive win shares.

Definitely a case where you have to look deeper. Detroit becomes a better defensive team, by a huge margin, with him off the court. Big sample size.

I'd imagine Drummond would still be a stupid player who demands post-ups, gets moody when he doesnt get them, and bricks a ton of terrible shots when he does. He would probably still miss defensive rotations and be lazy.
