Following Potential 2018 Draftees

New Mexico's Makauch Malauch balled all over UNLV today.. Not saying he compares to Zach LaVine but thats kinda my reaction to this kid, as y'all will recall I was super early on the LaVine train and was pointing out when he was barely ranked in DX's freshman rankings, and listed at 6'3"... Obvious pro flying way under the radar. He's probably my favorite player in all of college.

Alize Johnson really interests me. REALLY.

Any reason he can't play the 4 in the NBA?

Dude is a spitting image of Jimmy Butler too.

Okay, write it down.

Alize Johnson is my must-draft sleeper in this draft. Love this kid. Everything about him. I have a feeling his standing reach and wingspan will leave a bit to be desired but IDGAF.

Agree with what has been said about Vanderbilt. Shot looks broken- hard to say if he'll ever be able to shoot it.

Also love Thomas out of Creighton. Can shoot, defend and has a nice feel for the game.

My favorite sleeper is still Robinson out of BC. Reminds me a ton of Rip Hamilton. Love how he moves without the ball, can defend, handle and pass. While he's a pretty great shooter from distance, like Rip he's just a killer from inside the arc. Of course in the league he'll need to use the 3pt shot more often, but his ability to score at all three levels will prove useful.

He looked every bit of a potential top-five pick. -- Mike Schmitz

It's funny cuz I know they had him somewhere completely absurd on their 2019 mock not too long ago, like outside of the lottery, maybe even in the 20's range..

It's been rather apparent to me, and many others, that he's a greater prospect than Jabari... I've seen him play a bunch already, I read a david hein article about this kid like 5 years ago..

Hard pass to the highest possible degree.

If you cant average a block or a steal per game in that conference as a NBA prospect, then wow. The guy has an unfathomably bad steal percentage to where it's almost laughable. His team is 1 game out of last place in his conference for crying out loud. I'm a process over results guy most of the time, but when the results are as bad as they are with Johnson, I cant over look them. He is another product of the Adidas Nations Camp hype. He is small ball 4 who can neither defend at a high level or shoot.

Dylan Windler is 10x the prospect he is, IMO, if we are comparing mid-major sleepers.
