No, not really. It's not really possible to deny the impact that Bagley has on games. Maybe it boils down to athleticism and motor, but Bagley is a better prospect, both short and long term, imo. Carter's a lottery pick though.
Ehh, don't really see it with Bagley (don't hate him, but he looks more like a late lotto guy to me). Runs around with his hair on fire too much for my tastes, takes himself out of the play on defense. Short arms don't help him out. Not a big plus passer/shooter.
I think it's fair to think Carter is better.

I think as the year has progressed Carter has improved and Bagley still seems the same prospect from the beginning.

Here's Killian Tillie in the WCC tournament. He's confident with the 3-pt shot, plays with effort on defense and has good mobility. He could be a borderline starter in the league, imo. His role might be similar to a Davis Bertans.
