Following Potential 2018 Draftees

My newest board with Okobo jumping in the top 7. I had to make this move since I just couldn't justify Okobo being below the Bridges and Walker. I'm reevaluating how i see him compared to the 4 bigs in the tier he's in right now... It's very possible by the end of it I will have him above some of them:

IMO we are thin with or without Bradley. I don’t think he stands out in any way shape or form. To me he’s on borrowed time. He does nothing for this roster IMO.

The Spurs wanted him for a reason. You are really underrating his potential.

The reason they would waive Udoh is if a big free agent came here IE George
They can waive him and re-sign him as long as he is OK with taking a vet minimum contract, which I think would be like a million dollar paycut from his current one.

What if the Spurs thing was a smokescreen or they don't want him anymore or they liked him but it wasn't like he was the last guy in that talent tier.

I just don't think he has enough trade value and SA might prefer a prospect in this year's draft more than him.

@Xthren

I'm not on record saying I want to get rid of everybody. I love O'Neale and I like Thabo and Jonas. I'm even okay with Favors staying at the right price. I think Udoh can go if Favors comes back. If Favors goes, Udoh should probably stay.

Like I've been saying, our expendable assets, as of draft time, are Burks, Bradley (if FO deems so), #21, future firsts and seconss.

The only way we clear house is if Favors says he's gone and PG or some free agent says they want to come. That would all have to happen on July 1 since 2 of our 3 nonguaranteed guys have to be decided on July 1.

Spurs really need a big man who isn't 38 years old. I bet they still like Bradley. And they would still get the 21st overall pick.

Cy is right. Bradley and #21 to SA for #18 and something is realistic. There is value on both sides.

I'm just not sure about giving up on Bradley so soon. Many said he would been a lottery pick had he waited a year. He could contribute this year.
