Following Potential 2018 Draftees

He's weird. He drives left, but is right handed. I have seen a clip of him occassionally going right, but 80% of the time it is left. Recently his 3% has recently gotten better. I believe last year it was 36.5%

This is why I don't want Grayson Allen. It took him 2 hours to beat 50 year old comedy show host.

We are going to make a trade. I'm just not certain exactly what we are after or how aggressive we will get, but we're going to make some sort of trade.

The more I think about this draft the more I come back to the following guys (in this order):

Kevin Huerter: Helps us with shooting. Can play next to Mitchell. Can help straight away.

Keita Bates-Diop: Again, helps us with shooting. Fills the hole if we don't keep Favors. Can play stretch 4.

Jerome Robinson: Again, helps with shooting. Can handle the ball next to Mitchell.

Elie Okobo: Again, helps with shooting. Can handle the ball next to Mitchell.

All of those guys are smack within our range. All have legit 3pt range. All have legit size for the position (JRob & Okobo have good size at PG). All fill the gaps somehow and can all contribute from Day 1 which is what we need since we're a legit playoff contender now.

Players I won't be happy with if we do draft are:

Troy Brown: Sorry but I'm not sold on his shooting. Our team needs shooting and there's too big a question mark for me.

Grayson Allen: I just don't see the upside. The guy's nearly 23.

If we stay put, I think the pick is Donte D. The guy can do everything and can play off of Mitchell. I don't know if he is a guy with elite level anything, but he's also a guy without a single weakness. So his elite level skill is maybe not having a weakness.

So Locke picked Musa for the Jazz in his mock with Elie Okobo, Divincenzo, & Jerome Robinson among others still on the board?

Sheesh. If the Jazz take Musa I'm going to be very disappointed. Him or Grayson Allen.

As this goes on trading down looks more and more appealing to me. Guys like Khyri Thomas, Melvin Frazier, De'Anthony Melton, & Keita Bates Diop are all starting to appear at the very end of the 1st round of early 2nd round in the mocks.
