Hoopsworld Rumor: Brandon Knight at #3?

Nah, he is going to take Jimmer so we can start the 3 point shooting lineup of death, Jimmer-Knight-Hayward-Millsap-Okur.
 
While I'm hoping more and more for Kanter, Knight is the 1 guy that I would consider taking instead. I like just about everything that Knight has to offer and an added bonus would be an instant death-nail for Jimmer-to-Utah hopes @12.

Not true

In no particular order

1. Jazz want 3 PGs on roster
2. Rumors that Corbin will run a combo guard lineup
3. KOC has stressed BPA
4. We need shooters
5. We really need shooters
6. Jimmer
 
If we do get Knight, I would love to try to move up from 12 to 8 or 9 to get Biyombo. Don't get me wrong. I'd be content with Burks or Singleton at 12. But Biyombo seems to possess the length, athleticism and most of all leadership and mindset we sorely need. I'd love to see that rub off on Favors and have a Garnett/Perkins-like frontcourt in the two young men with Knight and Hayward starting on the wings for the next 10 years.
 
I think ALL the rumors at this point are smokescreen. "Jazz like Knight" says source.. Well that's becuase they want people to think they want Kanter becuase leaking news about Knight would mean that becuase the word is out about Knight, they are hoping people think, "Oh, that's just a smokescreen to get Kanter", and then the deep thinkers say "Oh, thats just a smokescreen to get people to think Kanter, but really they want Knight" and then the real deep thinkers are thinking "oh, that's just a smokescreen to get the deepthinkers messed up; its not Knight but really Kanter they're after..." on and on.
 
And to add to that thinking, I think the Jazz would be up to making smokescreens more redily if they are hoping to get others to call them about 'options.' So if we see more and more rumor spreading around the Jazz'z #3 pick then I think the Jazz are trying to work some deals. That's what i'm thinkin'
