Jazz at Bucks Litmus Test—Game Thread

jazz subbed him out late in the 4th after he bricked three consecutive jumpers.

I dont care what we're short on-- playing your players while they're gassed loses you games, and puts your athletes at risk for injury.

It was stupid, and tbh we lost the game because of it.

You are wrong. Check it yourself: http://www.espn.com/nba/playbyplay?gameId=401071270

10:06 Donovan Mitchell enters the game for Raul Neto 91 - 88

DM rests at the start of the 4Q then gets subbed in at the 10min mark for Neto. Plays for 4 min and then gets another break for 1.20min. Get your facts right.

Sure, the whole team was tired, it showed and was one of the main reasons we lost. But give credit to the Bucks and Giannis too: superb defense against a tired team = W

lol wut?

I thought the refs were good for the most part. Let a lot of contact go on both ends.

As far as the out of bounds calls, can't really comment because the feed I was on never showed replays of those.

Bucks are a damn exhausting team to guard as well. So many shooters then you have Giannis ramming it down the lane. I can see how Giannis dominates so easily against most teams.

I have to say, Bledsoe was underwhelming. If you're going to be small, you really have to bring plus athleticism, and I'm not sure how much of it he has anymore.

I think their length and energy on defense wore us down after a while. It just forces the execution and shot making to be tight.

It would have been interesting to have a healthy Exum attacking the rim. Maybe Giannis gets in foul trouble quicker.

Yup. Execution wasn't as sharp and creating good looks became extremely difficult against their defense at the end of 3Q+ 4Q. Lots of length and athleticism by the Bucks.

Probably not the best opponent for Exum. They were packing the paint like maniacs. And the refs let go a lot of contact. I guess we'll never know

This game was such a track meet. Exum would have been great to have in this type of game... he usually does well in wide open games. They were playing at such a high pace it's no wonder we ran out of gas. Overall good game from the team. I thought their length bothered us, especially DFavs as well. Glad they are in the East. On to the next one.

They were the wrong calls but they were very very hard to see without the replay

The Bucks stuck to him like glue tonight, it felt like he could never get open the whole night.

Without Rubio it became even easier to shut Ingles down from what I could tell. Could only initiate and could never get space or be set up for decent 3 ball looks
