Has been added to the Jazz summer league roster. 6'1" 180 lbs from Portland State averaged 18 ppg and 5 assists per game last year. Started college career at Hawaii and finished at PSU. He dropped 46 points on Northern Arizona a year ago.

The Idaho State coach thinks Waters could be a sleeper and could potentially be a "Rodney Stuckey as a point guard in the NBA". The guy coached against both players so it will be interesting to see how quickly he picks up the offense and runs the team vs. Gaines and his New York attitude.

The Idaho State coach thinks Waters could be a sleeper and could potentially be a "Rodney Stuckey as a point guard in the NBA". The guy coached against both players so it will be interesting to see how quickly he picks up the offense and runs the team vs. Gaines and his New York attitude.

That guy also maintains a residence in Pocatello, and even has the gall to work there. His mental stability should be examined.

The ISU coach won the National Junior College Title a few years ago so he knows something about hoops. If he thinks the guy can play, perhaps we have a pint sized Mathhews on our hands.
