Yeah, there's probably 20 - 30 guys in the league who can be stars but there's only like 5 - 8 guys who are superstars. LeBron, Durant, Curry, Harden, Giannis, etc would be superstars due to the way they impact their teams in a number of different ways, have transcendent abilities on the floor (e.g. Curry's shooting) and can carry any so-so team on a night to night basis, but guys like Lillard, Griffin, Butler would just be stars as while they can put up games which are superstar level they can't do it consistently enough, or they have a significant flaw which can be exploited.
Mitchell at the start of the season wasn't really at a star level but he has been a star in 2019, and tonight he was absolutely a superstar player. Gobert is the guy who's been the star all season long and now that Mitchell is there with him the Jazz look like a top 4 team in the West again.
