Uta vs. Hou: Game 2 off/def strategy change up?

I disagree. I think that we are an ideal landing spot for him. He wouldn't have to carry the entire offensive load here next to Donovan which is something he's never had the luxury to enjoy. Offense would be much easier for him. Rudy and our defense would make him look like a great defender. He's never had the luxury of playing for a great coach, he would have that here. He would be playing for a fully supportive and loyal front office which he wouldn't get in a lot of other places he could go. And he would instantly make this team a championship contender. His offensive capabilities are literally all we lack.

Where else can he go in free agency that provides similar opportunities? The Lakers maybe. Does he really want all that drama and organizational instability though? The Hornets can't even get to the playoffs. The Pacers are farther away from championship contention than we are. They would lose more important pieces of their team in order to sign him than we would.

He should definitely be considering us. And vice versa. It's an ideal fit for both parties.
No ones coming to the Jazz except by trade or draft. Once we admit his we can build.

I'm sorry but you're ****ing clueless if you think we have a shot at landing Kemba. LMAO

basketball isn't the only factor for young millionaires. Utah has no chance at star players that got multiple suitors.

Why are Rocket's fans booing Donovan at the free throw line? Houston fans are the absolute worst.

I was lucky tonight.
It is my wife's birthday and I took her to tepanyaki and set the game to record.
I checked the score and said **** this ****. I ain't gonna watch a single minute of this disaster. Embarrassing.

Btw, I was listening to David Locke on the drive home and he said that favors is the worst 3 point shooter in the NBA.

Honestly... idk what to think. On one hand, I'm upset that over the past 6 years, the jazz rebuild has been a complete $hitshow. They didn't tank properly, and missed out on some draft picks. They put in all the chips for Hayward to resign... and then caught lightning in a bottle with Gobert and Mitchell. I'm happy we went to the playoffs last year and the first round upset with the Thunder. But would you rather have that and the next few years be mediocrity or would you rather go for a proper rebuild, trade EVERYBODY sans Mitchell, and do a real rebuild over the next few years?

I think Lindsay is overrated. What has he really done? He guessed on Gobert. Otherwise, he would've drafted him in the first round. Mitchell is the only nice trade he has made. In retrospect, I'd rather have Burks and Hood over Crowder and Korver. The Jazz have ONE person who looks like an "athletic" wing player in today's NBA. That's Mitchell. Every other non-big on the roster is a gimmicky wing player. What a disaster. I don't even know where to go from here in the off-season. Nobody is going to sign here. The only way to improve is via trade and the draft, and quite frankly we don't have any great assets anybody would want.

Not much worse than Crowder

Wait, was Melo a Jazz killer?

The only ime the Jazz played them in the playoffs with Melo, the Jazz won 4-2. The Jazz were the underdogs too. Melo was a good player then too.

Best part is the Jazz set up 2 of their first possessions tonight for him from 3.

Of course Harden is better. No ****. But we are giving Harden the lane for free and he us surrounded by guys actually hitting shots. If Mitchell got a wide open lane, he would be playing much better according to stats.

Breaking news: NBA players shoot better with less defensive pressure.

You can disagree with Snyder's gameplan on Harden all you want (I think it's **** too) but the only reason why Harden is getting all these open lanes in the first place is because of how elite of a threat Harden is on the offensive end. You can't take away every aspect of Harden's game because he's just too good so Snyder thinks the best poison to swallow is to give him floaters and kick outs via a more or less free lane to the paint with his right hand, and it's dumb to think that Mitchell would do better with the same space because he's simply not good enough yet to command that space and the same respect from D'Antoni that Harden is getting from Snyder.

An example of a square peg into a round hole. He’s not a stretch four, never been a stretch four, but since we don’t have one, we force him in.

yeah the letting some of the poorest 3 point shooters in the NBA throw up brick after brick is spectacularly failing

funny how ultimately basketball favours those that can make shots

Timeout called and stupid D'Antoni goes straight to the officials to complain. What an *******. Even when his team is up 30 points he can't stop the flow of absolute **** coming out of his ugly mustached mouth.

After Houston has gotten pretty much every 50/50 call this game

Chill man. We just won 50 games for only the 2nd time in 10 years. A move at the deadline wouldve been what would have helped against Houston. It was a no brainer, but Lindsey is delusional and thinks that if he keeps the same core together for 5 years they will somehow blossom into a championship team.
