Regarding the depth issue if the Jazz get Bogdanovic (or Gallinari... or Harris):
These moves make the Jazz a destination, particularly for smart players that are serious about winning. There will be players the Jazz can get that they might not otherwise, and for potentially cheaper than they would otherwise.
I wouldn't underestimate this. If the Jazz landed Bogie, Utah went about fixing their anemic offense with a serious steak and spinach dinner. Consider also that Utah could maybe keep a player like Neto if there's enough cap. Utah's roster becomes a starting lineup of Rudy, Jingles, Bogie, Mitchell, and Conley, with Royce, Neto, Exum, and Niang (seriously think the dude is going to make strides this year). There's some versatility there as well. Utah can then focus on its exceptions and mins to fill out with some 4/5s.
The more I think about Bogie, the more it makes sense to me.
