What's new

Jazz (26-12) at Wizards (13-25), Sunday 1/12/20, 1:30pmMT, 3:30pmET

This is all great and all... we can beat bad teams. Which is what most of what the NBA is. Look at the teams we’ve played over this wonderful 20 game stretch. Bad to pretty weak I’d say. None of this matters if we you can’t beat the best 2 or 3 teams in the league.

The real question is: can we beat the Bucks in a 7 game series? Can we beat the Lakers? The Clippers? The Celtics?

I want to believe - I’m starting to believe - but much of this is fool’s gold - we haven’t been tested by the best yet.
We did beat the Clippers, and they were playing with their full roster for that game.

This win without Mitchell was just gravy, what a run! Brooklyn...

Agreed.
I remember seeing some stat involving volume of three point attempts and three point percentage and only two players in history had hit these marks. The two players? Bertans and steph
Bertans would be deadly on this jazz roster

we can go full small whenever rudy goes out if we have bertans. if lakers wanna size us up with AD dwight and lebron, good luck trading those 2s for 3s

btw, this is by far JC's best game. and honestly after this game, the FO needs to put resigning JC as one of the first things on their agenda in the summer

5 of his 8 30 point games were when Conley played. His shooting numbers are better and he has less turnovers with Conley in the lineup too.
4.

I’m just going by his month splits with regard to averages since that approximates when Conley played. Each month is fairly consistent in PPG, but shooting is definitely better in October and November.

I'm pretty sure it's 5. He scored 30 or more 4 times before Conley got hurt and then he scored 30 against the Magic, the game Conley came back and reinjured his hamstring.

Ah. Yeah, I guess I just assumed it was after that. So it’s 5/8.

I'm sure he'll be open to a reasonable extension. Then again I thought George Hill would be too :(

I was on edge the whole game. Still not calmed down. Can’t imagine what I’d be feeling like right now had we lost.

Tuesday will be tough. Kyrie is back. Gobert had to play 38 minutes.

NOP also going to be tough. Glad we got this one.
Kind of weird, but I was never really worried. Felt like the Jazz were going to win the entire team.
