Fred VanVleet
James Harden
Marcus Morris
Serge Ibaka
Rudy Gobert
Like your team but I'm bore so I'll counter.
Brogdan vs Van Fleet - I'd say a push. Both solid guards but not stars. PER's are similar. Scoring and assists are similar. Van Fleet a better shooter but Brogdan a better defender and more versatile on D. Push
Harden vs Butler - I mean Harden is better obviously, he's an all timer. But if there is anyone outside of Kawhi and Giannis I guess that you'd want to match up with Harden it has to be Butler, George, and Brogdan switching all over him. Still advantage Harden, though I think I've minimized that advantage as much as possible with my lineup
George vs Morris - George has the large advantage here. In pretty much every way.
Ibaka vs John Collins - I like Ibaka but he is very much a role player, and is getting ooollldddd. Collins is averaging 22, 10, 1.5 shooting 58% from the field, 41% from 3, a 23 PER and is like 23 year old. Ibaka is averaging 16 and 8, while shooting a nice 39% from 3. But he's nowhere near the offensive player Collins is. I'd say advantage Collins but probably not a gigantic one.
Gobert vs Turner - Gobert is the best rim protector in the league, bar none, but its been shown he can be neutralized a bit if he has to go out and defend the 3, which Turner will make him do as he's a 36% 3 point shooter for his career. Turner is probably the 2nd or 3rd best shot blocker in the league, and he will be parked in the paint all game making him very effective.
It's tough to beat the perimeter defensive lineup of Brogdan, Butler, and George with Turner locking down the paint. Plus having 4 knock down 3 point shooters, and another who is one of the best centers from 3.
Plus having Levert coming off the bench is awesome.
Therefore I have the best team, easy peasy.
