What's new

.

It’s easier when your wife is making a **** ton of money but I give Brady a lot of credit. He could’ve made another 100M in his career had he wanted.

This was always going to be a tough offseason for my 49ers. Needing to sign both Buckner and Armstead, unfortunately Buckner wanted Aaron Donald money, Defo is a great player but he isn’t Aaron Donald. Great job by the 49ers getting a deal done with Armstead and getting the 13th pick for Buckner who signed a monster deal with the colts. Even without Defo the line is still dangerous and deep. DJ Jones was a beast last year till he ended his year short due to injury and street will fill in well as well at that spot.

SF did lose Sanders, but that might be a blessing in disguise as he’s getting older (33) and 49ers couldn’t really afford him. Thanks to the Defo trade though SF has the assets to move up in the first to grab Jerry Jeudy wr at bama. He reminds me of Marvin Harrison with his smooth play and route running ability. Him Debo and Kittle would be unstoppable in the coming years and help Jimmy G reach higher heights. And just think what that does to an already unstoppable run game.

My only concern is at CB. Sherm is getting older, Witherspoon was inconsistent and really bad after he got hurt. Moseley looked good but is still young and unproven, but it’s not all bad, they have good talent at both safety spots. Tart at SS and ward who is better than people realize because he’s been injured for what seems like 80% of his career, but had his healthiest season ever. I think he only missed one or two games.

It should be another good year for the 49ers.

Love how everything the Niners do is unstoppable yet they were stopped in the Super Bowl.

Had a wild thought.

49ers trade Jimmy G and the 31st pick and future picks to the Redskins for the second pick, draft Young then draft Love with pick 13. The 49ers would still have Mullins who looked good as the starter. Is that enough to move up to the second pick?

I'm a buccs fan and this is the best thing to happen to us in 20 years lol

Okay, as a Bucs fan, would you be willing to trade for Sequan Barkley and if so, how much would you give up to get him?

It starts with #14 and Ronald Jones. What else on top of that would you trade? Or would you not do a trade?

I bring this up because I think the Giants should trade him to the Cards (#8) or Bucs (#14)...plus additional assets.

You'd have to think he'd require way more than a mediocre at best RB and a mid round 1 to get. I'm thinking a functional starter plus mutliple 1's and 2's over the next few years.
