Still waiting....Waiting for the quotes.
We got this
Thank you. Before LeBron got hurt, they were the 4 seed in the West. And that Lakers roster was pretty awful. Before LBJ got there, they were the worst team in the NBA over the 4 years prior. If he doesn't get hurt, they probably win a playoff series. That's an MVP type guy.To be fair, if lebron doesn't get hurt then he makes the playoffs that year.
Injuries had some role but it wasn't that big. They weren't able to play 36 minutes of sustainable good basketball even when he was playing. And it was some we are bad, so extended time out for LeBron. He didn't try to come out of injury when he could.Thank you. Before LeBron got hurt, they were the 4 seed in the West. I just don't think Dallas is that good. And Doncic is good, but the media overvalues him. All I saw before this game was Doncic hype stuff.

So now Bojan needs to have a breakout game.
He's also the franchise leader in getting friccin morons jingled
Or let one of two of the scrubs play with 3 or 4 starters when we are up by 30 with 10 minutes left or whatever.Wish Snyder would leave Conley or Joe out there to run things with four of the scrubs.
That one block he had on KP that they called him for a foul was pretty sweet. I wish quin would have challenged that.In fairness to Morgan he got a really ****** whistle tonight.
I didn't see that play but I love that it's the play that stood out to you. The reason I hate game highlights is that they are NOT the game highlights. They are a compilation of the scoring that happened. Plays like the one you describe are how games are won. Deflections, boxing out, diving for a loose ball, setting the screen, moving without the ball even when you never get the ball... this is how games are won when everything else is equal. That's the stuff you don't see in a highlight reel. That's the stuff that make basketball amazing. We need to discuss what was possibly my favorite moment of the game.
Ingles went so ****ing hard for that loose ball. He threw all caution to wind and gave away all his ****s to the point that he had no ****s to give and straight up dove headlong into two Mavs players becoming the big dad dick meat in a Mavs sandwich.
It was heroic and quite frankly, insane. It appeared he had no chance at coming up with the ball and had a high chance for injury. Instead he didn't get injured (Joe doesn't get injured) and he did come up with the ball and shoved it out of the rugby scrum.
I don't remember any comments on that play in this thread but it was epic and needed a mention.

I wish I could find that play and post it. Maybe someone else can. It seriously was epic. If I'm being honest he never should have even went for the ball. Should have just let one of the 2 Mavs guys get it. It was pretty risky.I didn't see that play but I love that it's the play that stood out to you. Also last year's Mavs team was the best offensive team ever and this season they went and got defenders who haven't been able to play/get acclimated. KP regressed a ton.
I think that was after the (failed) challenge on Joe's pushoffThat one block he had on KP that they called him for a foul was pretty sweet. I wish quin would have challenged that.
Mavs will turn it around somewhat. But their bigger issue is they have a serious problem with Porzingis. They're into this guy for 130 million plus over the next 4 years and they are objectively a better team when he's not on the floor. He's the quintessential example of a player who will put up sexy numbers but has no clue how to play winning basketball. This has been making the rounds on Twitter - this is KP's game in a nutshell....
