The Utah Jazz listed four-year guard Donovan Mitchell as “Questionable” for the team’s upcoming game against the Denver Nuggets.

Michael Porter Jr has been red hot from 3 lately. He’s been coming off the bench since his return.

Imo they need to keep both favors and Mitchell out until they are fully ready. Yeah adding to the win streak is fun but right now we are playing well and winning, no reason to panic and rush any of them back before they are ready. Besides the way we have been playing, Denver is already walking into a buzz saw.

Michael Porter Jr has been red hot from 3 lately. He’s been coming off the bench since his return.

He shot 6/10 against the Mavs, but the other 4 games since his return he's averaging 2.25 makes per game (9/17), so whlle the percentage is great, he's not shooting a whole lot. He's really hard to stop, though, and I think the main weapon against MPJr is to attack him hard on defense, so he becomes unplayable.

Donovan is now suddenly listed as probable on the injury report. Favors and Murray are also probable.

In our last game with Denver, Mitchell was awful until the very end. He started something like 1 for 10 in the first half and ended up 0/7 on 3s. Bogdanovic and Conley combined to go 0-for-6 on free-throws. The Jazz still won the game by playing solid defense.

If Mitchell hits 2 of those 3s and Conley/Bogdanovic make 4 of those FTs, the Jazz would have won by 10. I'm guessing the Jazz win this one by 8-10 pts at least.

Jokic is too good to stop. Just stop every one else.

Last time, Jokic shot a lot of contested mid-range shots. He made a lot of them, but the Jazz kept him off the rim for the most part.
