Jazz Offseason Plan

Mike Conley is the perfect offensive fit next to Mitchell.

It's a match made in heaven. Defensively it lags because Mitchell doesnt hold his own, but offensively it more than makes up for it.

Yep. Always Don's fault.

You do realize we have a better regular season and postseason record when Mike Conley doesn't play right? I wish we had a bigger sample size but it's kind of hard when the guy misses so many games.

But hey, I'm sure that's Don's fault too.

You can only get Lopo's kind of stupid from Alabama
I don't know if it's funny or sad that you have to make what you believe are insults that are supposed to help in your void of valid arguments.

And Alabama is a beautiful place with great people. Ignorance is so ugly.

So just to be clear, you are suggesting the Jazz are actually better without Conley?

That's an incomplete question. But here is how I answer:

1. Better without Conley with nothing in return? No. For long term regular season success and depth, we need as many good players as we can get.

2. Better without Conley in the playoffs? Our record is actually better without him. But still, I would rather have him than not have him or anything in his place. Teams need as many good players as possible.

3. Better without Conley because we get something else for him? Absolutely. If we had Jrue instead of Mike, we are light years better. Hell, if we had the assets and money he took the last two years, we could have had Crowder plus a few more players to support Don and Rudy. Instead, we just got Mike who we really didn't have for half of our playoff games.
