I'm going to defend what I believe is right. When people came out and personally attacked CJ Miles, I defended Miles.
This personal vendetta **** has to go.

In addition, I was very upset at Rudy during the whole covid thing. During that time of Covid, I was very scared for everybody. There were so many unknowns. When I saw Rudy act like that in the media room (before knowing he might have covid), I was embarrassed and ashamed to be a Jazz fan for that moment.
When I heard that he was even more reckless in the locker room with his teammates, I was furious. I don't care if it was with Joe, NWG, an assistant towel boy or Donovan.
It really makes me mad that y'all don't hold him more accountable. He apologized and they made up, but for some reason, Donovan is the only one still in trouble for that whole thing. It's infuriating.
Or, at least, the reason for the belief that their relationship was 'irreparable', if not the source himself.
In any event, this all sucks. The organization/coaching need to be more involved in tamping down the conflict, and I just want a team that I like again. That's as rare or rarer than being a team that wins a lot of games.

To launder, you must be dirty. Even if he was the one to leak that Rudy was reckless in the lockerroom, that does nothing to clean Donovan's name at all.
Donovan Mitchell didn't need to launder himself because he wasn't the one who was ignorant enough to violate people's health through his actions.
I wouldn't dream of advising you otherwise. If I'm known for anything around here, it's doggedly defending a position I believe in, occasionally doing so in 3-5 posts in a row. Sometimes I do it even when the post I'm responding to is a troll. By all means, respond, just be aware you're responding to a troll, not a legitimate argument.

Players should keep things in house. And I have said that since the Covid thing that if Donovan was indeed the one who leaked it, that's not right. He shouldn't have done that.
There was an incident between them almost two years ago that "fractured the relationship". Since that all transpired and that dust settled, Donovan Mitchell has moved on and has not done one single thing publicly or leaking to hurt Rudy Gobert both personally or professionally.
Can you say the same for Rudy?
