Mitchell is the biggest and best thing that has happened to Utah since Stockton and Malone, Gobert isn't, it's as simple as that. Gobert is a one dimensional single trick pony. Nobody will come to play with Gobert. Mitchell can single handedly attract big names to Utah. Unfortunately we have already put ourselves in heavy debt with washed up Conley and can't create offense Gobert.
