2023 NBA Draft Megathread

yep. he's not only keegan's identical twin, but their games are so damn similar (and that's a high compliment coming from me) with the exception that he's a lefty.
They are both lefty's according to google. Their dad taught them to shoot right handed but I guess he switched back to left handed.

The common opinion is that Kris is a lot less dynamic and more of a traditional 3&D type.

I don’t think Cason Wallace is an NBA star but I don’t think there’s anyway he’s not a 10 year NBA player, barring injuries.

He’d be a great fit for us if we keep all 3 picks.

Pretty accurate... I also think sometimes those "boring" guys or guys with limited upside end up popping and you feel dumb. Desmond Bane was kinda that mold for me. I wanted him because worst case he can shoot the **** out of the ball and handle a bit... then he turned into a monster.

Here's the thing, I don't think the Jazz ultimately want a ball-dominant star at the PG position. I think they want to play through dynamic wings. They'd rather have guys like Lauri and Vanderbilt slashing to the rim than have a 6'3" guard pounding the ball and shooting a jump shot. I think they're going to spend their draft capital on dynamic, athletic wings as a priority. But a guy like Wallace who is available in the late lottery or mid-1st round would be a good play.

Gradey Dick also has some Gordon Hayward-like ability to create with the ball, and he might also be a good pick in the late lotto or mid-1st.

I'm sure they want dynamic wings... lol at Vando slashing to the rim though... how that gonna end?

Has Dick created a single shot for himself all year?

Right now the best Jazz player is a non-shot creating PF/C. They going to need some kind of PG play. I doubt Wallace makes it out of the lottery. Thin PG class.
