I know that AK-47 has never played up to his potential and owned a hefty contract. In Jazz he was an injury prone and we always criticized him for being so fragile. However, in recent years he's been stable - scored his points, grabbed his rebounds, made his steals and blocks, assisted. If he was on the roster, an extra contribution was guaranted.

Now, when Jazz suffered two miserable double-digit defeats, it is becoming more and more evident that Jazz badly lacks AK... Pretty sure that Sixers will crush us. I know that at that very moment it is silly to judge about the prospects but my pessimistic views on the situation tell me that playoff is not for us this year...

Agree. I was one of the ones who thought we should try to do everything to re-sign him and amnesty Bell. Now I think we would have if he would have been ok with like 6 mil a year, but the 8-10 he wants put him out of our range.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This team would have still been blown out in 3 out of its last 4 games even with AK.

AK was a key to winning for the Jazz. But we're moving on. I see AK playing big minutes then getting hurt; this only sets back the development of our newer players. I want to leave as many minutes for the new guys.

Well instead you have Josh Howard. Now of course he is much cheaper than AK, but he is only here to chuck up a lot of shots to try to build his value for another team next year.

I would offer him $5 Million for one year, if he wants additional years he has to take 1 million off per year. So 2 years at $4 million per year, 3 years at $3 Million, 4 at 2, or 5 at 1. I do not want him if he makes a penny more than that.

Yea, just what the Jazz need another veteran player who can't shoot and only plays when he wants to play. The AK love in Jazzland is beyond any human understanding.

I would love to see Kirilenko regularly:

Seriously though, we need to bring him back. Have you seen how the guy beefed up in the offseason? Holy ****!

I do not think AK is good fit for this Jazz team. Therefor even if his presence would raise our win total it won't make us contenders and it would take away our chances at high pick. So I voted no. I think AK is at the point of his career where he needs to look at playing for contender. He would be great fit in both LA teams, San Antonio or Orlando
