When will Ty Corbin grow the balls to bench Bell?

How has Bell earned the starting job? What does he do so well that separates who from these guys?

I hope you all realize that this will never happen. In Corbin's eyes it's, "We just need to work better as a team is all."

That is the problem. You can't point to one player and say "Oh, he is the reason we are doing terrible". It's the team as a whole that is doing bad. Benching Bell at this point isn't going to change anything.

Just the fact that he knows what he is doing. Doesn't make mistakes. Knows how to space the floor well. Burks will have to learn how to do these little things to take the starting job from Bell.

Bell makes tons of mistakes. He doesn't look smart, savy, or anything you want from a vet out there.
Burks can do things today Bell never could. In my book he brings more to the table right now even with the amount of learning he needs to do.

In a perfect world you want Burks to have to earn the spot a bit more, and fight for it. I get that. Right now though letting Raja play is setting a horrible example.
I'll take Burks playing a little too early over Raja's spacing of the floor lol.

Bell isn't just an anemic offensive player, he's currently our worst wing defender. This is what kills me. He's living on a reputation that doesn't exist anymore. Benching him outright and dividing the minutes between Hayward/CJ/Howard/Burks is the fastest and easiest way to help the team. I'm guessing it takes Ty 20 games to see this, but I have real hope it will happen in 10.

Raja "spaces the floor", which is laughable. If I was defending, I would dare Raja to shoot the three. ****, I'd dare Raja to shoot anything. If Raja was not a veteran, his *** would have been waived a long time ago.

I think Corbin is set on Miles being the bench scorer.

Keep your chin up and dream, kid. I think Corbin is set on miles between the Jazz and Miles after 64 more games.

On Raja, let's give Ty a training camp to teach Burks and Howard his system. I won't be surprised to see Howard start in 3-4 games and then Burks minutes pick up around the 12-15 game mark.

Both Burks and Howard, with their limited experience on the Jazz (and in Alec's case, overall), are probably already more capable to start and run the "system" more than Raja is. And what's hurting the Jazz more than maybe not quite being in the right place on offense (not that the offense looks particularly good with Raja in there) is Bell being pwned on play after play defensively.

Bingo!!!!

Cyrone Torbin - what in the flying heck do you mean Bell doesn't make mistakes? If he isn't missing a shot, he's making a mistake.

Bell is a complete cancer to this team and the sooner he blows out his knees the better (because there is no way the Jazz FO will buy him out and cut him outright - but if they do, I would obviously no longer hope for a career ending injury to him)

Can you point out a situation where Bell made a mistake? I don't mean just sucking , or missing a shot, but completely blowing an assignment or failing to operate his part in a play?

I'm super frustrated with the team right now, but I'm able to leave with the growing pains of everyone EXCEPT Bell. He should never get any playing time as far as I'm concerned.
