Burks
Bell
CJ

% told the whole story.

Numbers don't tell the whole story.

...

But they tell a whole **** load of the story.

I sorta like that third guy who hasn't improved since he was an 18 year old rookie. Well, he improved at the dinner table, so that's something, I suppose.

CJ's problem has been his inability to handle the ball. He can spot up and he can slash a bit, but he has a hard time creating. He also doesn't shoot well off the dribble.

Miles and Bell are both useless. Both can't hit a consistent jump shot, or play defense.

Burks defense is poor too, but I have faith in his offense.

****. Raja is probably gonna start for 70+ games again this year. This season is going to be a frustrating one

Bell has to have some incriminating photos of the coaching staff. There is no reason he is starting. He doesn't play good "D", he doesn't shoot well, and doesn't cause us to win. WHAT IS TY THINKING!

Even though that is mathematically impossible since there is only going to be 66 games this year, I have a feeling that Ty Corbin's blind and unrelenting love for Bell will somehow end up overpowering all Laws of Physics and Nature and allow him to somehow start Bell for 70+ of the possible 66 games.

We're going to the playoffs??

YAY!!!!

Burks should have been the start from the beginning. He is the future while Bell and CJ are part of the past. Burks defense is not as bad as people think. It certainly not any worse than Bell and CJ. Those guys can't guard a lamp post anymore.

It's not his defense. I just don't think he is mentally ready to handle starting yet. I understand people wanting to throw him in the fire to see what he can do, but i think he needs some prep work and marinating first.

Burks.

He can learn to play defense.

Raja and CJ cannot learn how to play defense and offense.

What makes you think Burks will be any different? I mean he was not a good defender in college. He looked way too lax to me. I'm willing to give him a chance now, but he hasn't shown me anything yet to make me believe he will defend at this level.

I guess I'm hoping that eventually he plays adequate defense, and is an elite or really good scorer. I can live with that.

You can always make Burks' "rotation" be the 1st 8-10 of the 1st and 3rd (we did that with CJ a couple years ago, Chicago did it with Bogans last year, etc.).

But that's not really the decision. Bell hurts us much more than any of the other 4 do. So Ty's only decision should be who he starts ahead of Bell next to Hayward, and then which 2 guys play the second unit. So if he'd rather Howard/Hayward or CJ/Hayward start to keep Burks on the second unit, that's fine.

I would say CJ would be my choice as starter now. I like the streak outside shooting he brings. He always played better as a starter last year also.

In a starting unit featuring Harris, Jefferson, and Hayward, which will be happy barely touching the ball in the offense?
