He's the one All Star-level player that Handlogten mentioned, and I'm hoping Bufkin can be something like him, but the Jazz also need a bonafide #1 option they can build their offense around. They need to take big swings.
You may recall just a year ago, the Jazz had an All Star guard putting up 27/5/5 on the best efficiency of his career, and they got taken out in the first round. If the Jazz, or any other team, wants to go deep in the playoffs, they need one or two unstoppable offensive players.
That's the standard if a team wants to contend.
