In light of the Collins trade I think it's safe to assume that we were trying to trade up to take Black.
Or Walker. That's why Indiana didn't do the trade with us.
Indy didnt do the trade with us because it would open up Washington to taking Walker. Jazz would have taken Bilal.
I don't think they would've. I think Indy not doing the trade with us is the evidence. But we don't know.
Who would Washington take then? Walker would have been clear BPA. Indy had no intention of trading away a shot at Walker. They just leveraged Washington for some 2ns rounders with the threat
