Well, 4.6 per 14 minutes doesn't quite get you to 10 rebounds per 30 minutesAs I understand NBA rebound rates, over 14 minutes 4.6 is decent, and 5.3 is superior.
Why doesn't Kanter shoot that jumper in a game? It would open up some space for him to get to the basket. I might be mistake but I thought Kanter played in high school/prep school in US but he didn't play college ball.
I atleast want Kanter to catch the ball in a 3-point stance so people will think he is actually thinking about shooting.

if coach doesnt want him to take shots,u think he should do it anyway?
What do you not understand about the effectiveness and purpose of the 3-point stance?
It's basically catching and holding the basketball in such a way that would suggest passing, shooting, or dribbling as an option for the ball handler. Kanter currently catches the ball in a flat-footed, upright position. He can only pass from this position, and the opponent can tell he is only thinking about passing. Kanter has enough range that the opponent has to respect the possibility of a jumper more than they are currently are.
