A discount would have been crazy and would have signaled the Jazz were tryjng to win now. Lauri isn't going to take a discount for Utah to tank
I don’t know what “$220 million in new money” means, or if I do, what the significance is. Pretty sure that’s his current salary ($18 mil) plus, well, new money over the life of the deal. But I’ve not seen this language before and doesn’t really communicate anything.

What are you basing this on? Jazz probably maxed him this off-season and shaved some raises on the back end. Or, hell, probably not. To average $47.6 million then that means some of those years are $50 million+.
The Jazz have a few million in cap space. Jazz are not tendering an offer to Okoro that he will sign.

Just numbers. If we just had 11 million in cap I think the Cavs would match him but at 15 million they would have serious cap issues.

Assuming we gave him the max we could this year ($42m) that would make the remainder of the deal 4 Years, 196. That seems reasonable
Wishful thinking is weird way to establish what the Jazz actually have in cap space.
