SAN FRANCISCO • A federal appeals court on Tuesday declared California’s same-sex marriage ban to be unconstitutional, putting the bitterly contested, voter-approved law on track for a likely appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that a lower court judge correctly interpreted the U.S. Constitution and Supreme Court precedents when he declared in 2010 that Proposition 8 — a response to an earlier state court decision that legalized gay marriage — was a violation of the civil rights of gays and lesbians.​

I wish they would decide these things before having a vote. Why have a vote anyway if a judge can overrule millions of voters?

So, it's constitutionality is based on whether it is mean or not? Great.

I disagree. homosexuality destroys nations. That is a fact.

There is a great DVD out called AGENDA, where it is shown that the major goal of the homosexual agenda is to get America to accept Homosexuality as normal, thus destroying the moral fabric of America and making it easy to bring us to destruction.
I agree fully with that sentiment.

Well if he's not joking, I want to know these "facts".

I'm assuming it's all closer to Ron Burgundy's notions of science than anything else but I'm keeping an open mind.
 
Yeah I don't think he's joking. I ****ing hate humanity sometimes. For every good, caring, loving person out there there is a huge douchebag there to even that **** out.
