Rondo and the best PGs in the NBA.

I still like a pg to be able to shoot from range, and Nash is still playing at a high level.

If Rondo is the best PG who isn't maxed or a #1 pick, then why is Boston trading him? There were rumors earlier involving Rondo and Steph Curry.

Also for people who like Derrick Rose, think if you'd rather have a PG who can take on the defense and score while Derrick Favors stands and watches, or if you'd rather have a PG who can run plays resulting in Favors getting the ball at the rim, while still being able to take on the defense and score if need be. Rose is probably the best scoring PG in the league, but the Bulls probably aren't going to go all the way if he plays a Kobe Bryant role.

Separately, there's nothing that Jeremy Lin is doing that Aaron Brooks can't do. It's just that it's a great underdog story in NYC of all places, so he gets hyped.

I'm nowhere near as high on him as some, but judging from the collective intelligence of the Fanz, it looks like he's considered around the sixth best PG in the league. I too have questions about how he would do on an NBA team without incredible shooters like Pierce and Allen. I love his defense to no end, though.
