Jazz in a 3 team deal?

Would you guys pull the trigger?

I have always been fond of Danny Green (sine his tar heel days), personally. Would like to see PKM's scoop on this.
 
Danny Green and Wayne Ellington both NC kids. Don't know much about them but if it gets rid of CJ I will be happy as long as the Jazz are not giving away either of their two picks this year.

I would do this in a heartbeat as long as we don't give up any 1st round picks... Protected or not.

Ellington was a late 1st if I remember and Green was a 2nd. Both from NC?
 
I'd be happier if it was Bell instead of Howard but I still sort of like it. Burks should now get at least 15 minutes a night I would think.

I'm also very curious if we're getting the picks. I would think yes. Which is nice.
 
I do this. I like Danny Green and I'm admittedly unfamiliar with Wayne Ellington's game. It gives the Jazz more youth which I'm always fond of.

This makes sense for the Spurs and Wolves too. Spurs get a vet for the playoff push and the Wolves get Tinsley to help out at PG now that Rubio is out.
 
Hmm...I wasn't thrilled with the idea of this trade until I looked up stats for Green & Ellington. They shoot 38% & 37% respectively from 3 which could really help us, and both shoot in the low 40's overall from the field. They are both 24 years old (like Miles) and do little other than score, Green may be a decent defender though, not sure about Ellington. I guess it's not a bad deal, I would be okay with this deal. It would ensure that if Bell is also dealt all of our wing players would be 24 or under, I like the thought of that!
 
I just realized that CJ dropped 40 on the T-Wolves, didn't he? They liked what the saw...haha. CJ on a good night!
 
That deal would make sense for San Antonio. Howard is the type of guy who could come in and make a difference for them in the playoffs. It also makes some sense for Minny given that they're not happy with Martell Webster and Wes Johnson and would view CJ as an upgrade. The Jazz may not want to re-up Miles.

I know jack-diddly-dang-a-lang about the players the Jazz would get.

Agreed. And I'll take that in a second. Unfortunately, the Wolves 2nd rounder is really the Thunder's so it would be the 59th pick as of now I think. I'd love to somehow get the Spurs late first rounder. Maybe we get their 1st and they get Minny's 2nd.
 
I'm still waiting on someone like ESPN, Yahoo, or CBS to report this before I get too attached to the idea.
