The quick answer is yes.

A slightly longer answer is that he is a vastly better post and pick and roll defender. He is not much of shot blocker and he is a poor offensive player. But at 2 mill or so a year he would be a valuable spot player and injury backstop.

I think Kwame Brown has shown himself to be a complete bust. I really doubt that Jerry and Co will be able to change that. Jerry is great with people who are willing to work hard. If they lack the work ethic it seems like Jerry just makes them worse, not better.
