I don't own a gun now but I have in my lifetime when I lived in Texas (when in Rome). I would say the vast majority of democrats are not for banning guns all together. I would say most democrats (and many republicans) are for sensible gun control laws.

This is just ****ing stupid. Vegans and vegetarianism is a lifestyle choice. It has nothing to do with political affiliation. And almost none of the fairy food eaters I know want to ban meat - maybe Morrissey; but he's not even an American.

Unless he's the head of mega bank/S&L/corporation that drove his company into the ground - then his situation can only be bettered by a tax-payer funded trillion dollar bailout.

Of all the dumb **** this is the tops. Would you like a list of all the things Christian Conservatives have wanted to ban or control over the years? What you watch, what you read, what's taught in schools, who you have sex with, how you have sex, what women can do with their body? Did I wake up in some la-la land where all of a sudden the republican party is the party of tolerance? While one can argue that this is a pendulum that swings both ways - it swings waayyyy, way to the right.

Personally, I have no problem with God, I just can do without the *** wipes that claim to speak for him. This must also be why Republicans want to ban Sunday/early voting in the coming election - because they're so religious.
 
Have you ever noticed when you are introduced to a vegan they somehow work that into the conversation within the first 30 seconds of meeting them.

What this has to do with the OP, I don't know. I will say that I really like JazzSpazz, but then he posts something stupid like in this thread and I immediately want to beat him with a tack hammer.
