I would have loved to see Burks play more, but in the limited play he got he fell flat on his face trying to do way too much. Correctable? Yeah. As long as he has the attitude that it's okay to be on the floor and perform within the limits of his role. I would have been interested to see if he's capable of doing that, because I've never seen him do it once. Not last year, not in summer league, not in his limited time this year. Dude seems to think MJ set the golden example of what a person should try to do when they're on the floor. That's super fantastic if a player as good as MJ takes that approach, unfortunately many slightly lesser players have gone down that path and ended up hurting their teams, despite looking like superstars for short periods of time.

Wait, did he get traded? I haven't received a single text about it yet, but this comment reads like he got traded. What's going on?

All we want is for him to get some playing time, especially considering how terribly Marvin and Foy have played overall -- yes, they've had their moments but it's been far from consistent.

Burks has been somewhat disappointing. As a prospect he was supposed to be a much better ball handler and facilitator than he has shown since he was drafted. He only seems to do one thing well and that's crash the rim. It's not like he can't get better but if the dude doesn't fit package him for something that does.
