What's new

Clippers @ Jazz | Saturday November 6th @ 7pm

I wouldn't say disinterested. Frustrated to hell, sure. Being a primary scoring option and the primary facilitator is never easy, but it's a lot harder when half the team has changed, especially since maintaining the system is so paramount.

No matter what he does, when the Jazz are losing, he's going to take the heat. Which is as it should be, I suppose. But when he takes games over, people complain, and when he doesn't, people complain. So I refer back to my initial point.
A big fat W for whatever in terms of the change in personnel. The new faces matter less on defense, especially when fundamental problems like boxing out and height disadvantage have little to do with team chemistry. And 4 of the 5 starters are returnees to the team; the 5th player should be playing less minutes in favor of someone who is taller and has more experience with the Jazz system. This isn't Rocket science; it's Jazz science. Jerry focuses on the azz part, from which he often pulls his in-game strategy.

I'm curious to know what Sloan told them in that timeout;

cuz whatever it was, it seems to have done some good

I'm gonna have to sign a three year extension if you don't start competing", Said Jerry to Jazz during the last timeout.

Best part of the season thus far: Harpring explaining why the replay showed that CJ's three didn't beat the shot block buzzer followed by Boler stating, "It'll be a two."
