Kanter for???

Let's say that Lindsey wants to build an athletic team that can defend and knock down the three. That means that he would probably keep Hayward and look to move Kanter (allowing your starting bigs to eventually be Gobert and Favors). Who could you trade Kanter for? I mentioned Deng in another thread, but then someone pointed out that he is in his 30's, and I didn't like that deal anymore.

Who is out there that the Jazz could dangle Kanter for?

I like deng, but you could sign him this summer. I would rather trade kanter for a pick and draft wcs or Aaron Gordon

I hadn't thought about that. I'd do that as well. Get a top 10 pick for him. The nice thing about trading Kanter for a NBA player is you can get a all-star level talent that has experience to help you Hayward, Favors, Burke, Gobert, and pick. You could use Kanter to get back into the playoffs next year.

Bucks pick.

I hate the Mayo idea. Barnes isn't enough. Beal may be too much (realistically).

The two best shots in the NBA are close to the rim and three pointers. I would want a three point shooter who can defend. Barnes really, really interests me. Could you swallow your pride and move Kanter for Matthews? How about Matthews and a future first for Kanter. Would you do that? There is a defender that can hit the three. That would give you this lineup:

Burke, FA PG
Matthews, Young
Hayward, Marvin
Parker
Favors, Gobert

and a boatload of money to spend.

Golden state would laugh.

The matthews plus a pick trade ain't bad.

I still have some hope left for kanter though
