Corbin disrepecting Burke

It also means, "to slow" like I said. So Mental Retardation means, "slowing of the mental production of a person." Just think people shouldn't be to narrow minded on how they see things.

I got comfortable with using retard that way until I saw the grimace in someones eyes that found it hurtful. Now I use the word stupid or idiot, words that are not specifically aimed at the mentally handicapped. Do what you like though.

Retard is hurtful to people and it is making fun of people that don't generally have the ability to quip back, so yeah it's distasteful.

So is calling someone an idiot. Or stupid. A retard is someone who has an IQ below a certain threshold. It's a medical term and was originally intended to used because it was less offensive. Of course the intellectually challenged will be offended when society implies that membership in their ranks is a negative. It doesn't mean we should stop calling people who act stupid, stupid, retarded, or whatever.

Idiot is specifically aimed at the mentally handicapped too.

Like I said do what you will. I said retard one time that I will not forget and I will always regret.

I agree with the OP. If it weren't for Corbin this team would have beaten the kings by 40 even without favors. We would be 22-0 without Corbin. We are so talented. We should begin 5 new fire Corbin threads after every game. We really don't want Jabari Parker. He sucks. Give Hayward the max

this is not a corbin thread.
this is a thread about how in "crunch" time the offense stops going through trey burke

At this point it's not just crunch time. The offense really doesn't run through Burke the majority of the game. This is what happens on a typical play. Trey gets the ball on the inbound. He walks the ball up and either passes it to a big around the three point line or tosses it to Hayward or Burks after one of his teammates set a screen for them. Then Trey proceeds to play off ball by either setting a screen himself or popping out to three point line. The Kings killed you guys with the PNR with Thomas and Cousins. Burke has been so effective running the PNR in his short time playing. Not sure why Corbin has chosen to run more of this college style offense where the bigs are touching the ball anywhere from the top of the key to the 3pt line?

I see it as a huge advantage to be able to run it through both players. Defenses can get very comfortable seeing the exact same thing every time.

Which is why Stockton and Malone were such failures, always running the same plays. It would have been far better for the Jazz to get away from the PnR with Stock and Malone, and then run the offense through Shandon Anderson in the 4th. That would have guaranteed championships. Stupid Sloan.

That is 100% a coaching decision, so how is this not about Corbin?
