Shows that are supposed to be funny...but aren't.

Three shows that I thought started out funny but eventually became painful are "Girls", "East Bound and Down", and "Wilfred".
 
I think Parks and Rec is effing hilarious. Also, I think Modern Family is pretty funny. I do not like Big Bang Theory, and I don't really like Community.

Arrested Development is the best of all time. If you have not watched it yet, do yourself a favor and watch it all on netflix in a marathon binge watching, then the running jokes get even better.

Seinfeld is still better than almost anything on TV though.
 
It takes half a brain to understand the humor of Big Bang Theory? Lol

That show is for non-nerdy people to look in on the lives of what they view as the stereotypical "nerd" and laugh at them and be like, "Oh nerd". I'm fairly nerdy, I know some really nerdy dudes, and non of them think it is funny. I do, however, know plenty of teenage girls who think the show is HILARIOUS.

All the science jokes are about things you learn in ****ing high school. I've seen a fair amount of the show (cause I know lots of stupid girls who like it) and I've never once heard these supposed geniuses say anything about physics I don't know myself.

They try sooooo hard on that show.

"Why are you doing that?"

"Just cause?"

"But it would contradict the laws of science and comic books and stuff!"

Gave up on both Wilfred and East Bound...

Still watch Girls because there is always the good chance you'll get to see sweet, sweet Lena Dunham naked.

Agree with all of that.
I guess i will have to try modern family on your suggestion and you be sure to watch workaholics when it starts up nexy week
