Here is the deal:
Hayward is a very, very nice player. He would look very good next to Rondo and looks good in Utah.
Utah can afford to overpay Hayward. So can Boston. So, whoever has Hayward this summer will keep him. By holding that leverage, most teams won't even look at Hayward because it will be a waste of time. This means whoever has him this summer will get him at a fair price.
So, if you want Hayward, you had better pay up. You had better give Utah the opportunity to get a player just as good as Hayward, which means Utah wants a top 10 pick back.
The risk/reward is this: Do you trade a pick that could be better than Hayward, or could be worse for the known quantity?
The point is, the only way Hayward isn't wearing the note next year is if someone gives Utah an amazing deal. AMAZING.

I really like hayward..... but as everyone knows, i like burks better.
I especially like burks + jabari/wiggins better than hayward.

The only report is that Celtics are interested, everything else was writer speculation.

As it stands now, Boston won't have cap room to make Gordon an offer this summer without making some significant trades. They're nearly $12M OVER the cap right now. Expirings are Humphries ($12M), Bayless ($3M) and Avery ($2.5). Add in cap holds for their picks and they're dead in the water. They'd need to clear off Rondo, Wallace or Bass and Bogans. Bass has value but good luck finding a taker for Wallace's contract.

Hayward has not improved his shot selection at all this entire year. He is consistently bad at choosing his shots. Settling for fade away jumpers all the time.
Burks is our future wing player. Get a role player next to Burks at the 3. Hayward could be a really good role player but he thinks he is a star and doesn't attack the basket enough.
Trade him away for draft picks. I have no interest in keeping him. You don't deserve anywhere close to 10 million a year if you can barely shoot 40 percent.

Bogans or Anthony works in terms of a straight trade.
Boston might be insisting on throwing in Wallace (contract for 2 more seasons) in exhange for Biedrins in order to give them cap space. I'd stay put on that one. Hayward can always be dealt for the rights to their pick this summer. And if Utah wants to deal Hayward, put him on the market and see what other assets teams would be willing to give up. There could be a decent bidding war for him. Not too many other FA's of note will be available this summer (unless a few opt out of their contracts).
Worst case, IMO, is Hayward goes to Boston and helps them win enough games to have them finish 9th. But subtract Gordon and the Jazz could fall to #5 or #6. Would the #6 and #9 be enough to trade into the top-3?
