I see where you're going with that but I'd argue that all three players are plus-athletes than all three of your comparisons (and have higher ceilings).

When I first saw the clip the player he reminded me of in a lot of ways was DENNIS SCHRÖDER!!!
-skinny + struggles around the basket in terms of efficiency
-long
-pesky defender
-perceived to possess no off hand
-quick in transition and early offense
-question marks behind both players jump shots(I'd argue Schröder has a way better shooting mechanic but that's me)
-good playmakers, love to involve teammates
-take too many risks sometimes with their passing -> TO prone
-questionable handle at this point -> TO prone
-can get ahead of the defense when they split the P&R coverage and use their quickness to get to the basket before help arrives

There's key differences as Payton's character doesn't appear to be hindering like Schröder's. (ATL teammates explained why he sat on the bench all season long -> doesn't listen to his coaches)
