What's new

Ive been wavering on Jabari, but this seals it.

I don't think Deron was that much overweight. So what is Parker waiting for? If he has this passion to be great he should already be in the gym remaking his body.

I'd be fat too if i had this waiting for me when i came home

11% body fat is less than I expected tbh. thats not Anthony Bennett levels

254lbs is probably too big for a Wing player though.

I love how somebody was making fun of me for saying he was fat and not in great shape this past week.

Saying I am making up BS............ LOOK AT HIM! You don't need to see the scale. He looks chubby and did all year. He should be around 220-230.

He will become mediocre if he nevers gets his weight down to play the 3 position.

Needs to get to paul pierce weight.... 235ish

it is doable, first NBA money purchase should be a live-in chef/nutritionist combo

254 is a lot of weight for being only 6'8.

Players comparable to Jabari in weight.

Jarron Collins.

Jason Collins.

Tim Duncan.

Robin Lopez.

Festus Ezeli.

Omer Asik.

Daniel Orton.

Maresse Speights.

Elton Brand.

All of these guys are 6'10+.

If you take the heavily processed foods out of this meal (replace the white rice with a fermented grain of some sort, and make sure the tea doesn't have ****loads of sugar), then there is absolutely nothing unhealthy or overly fattening.

It's also worth mentioning that most of what you see here are not traditional polynesian foods. but, yeah, keep over-playing the genetics argument. BTW: it's the food's fault, not the Polynesians.

If we were to move up in a postion to grab one of the top wings in the draft I sure as hell hope its not Jabari unless somwhow he slides into the 4 effectlivly. This from Chad Ford today.

What the bloody **** is this!?!?!!

FAT BOY

He is not a wing player.

He's Tongan, right?

DWill has suffered A broken jaw on a hard screen and this made him shed his baby fat

Doesn't faze me.

Deron Williams had weight issues at Illinois, too. It's not a good weight to be at, but once it's his full-time job and he's paid millions of dollars and works with elite nutritionists/strength and conditioning coaches, he'll manage it. I don't see it being a long-term issue.

Sure hope teams 1-4 do, though...

But think of what happens IF/When he DOES get the weight down. Dropping 20 lbs would make him considerably faster. Then he naturally becomes a better defender.

Utah is the most discreet team when it comes to trades. I don't recall Utah being rumored to a trade that has actually happened. Utah does the ones that aren't rumored. I would be very surprised if it were true. It is probably a Cleveland staffer who through it out there to give the other 29 teams an idea of what the price would be for the #1.
