Here is the solution folks.

Use the add-on foxy proxy for mozilla or chrome. Type in a new IP adresse located in SLC (e.g. 166.70.91.65:8080). Go to the stream and it will start. After you watch the game disable the add-on. Works for me and I'm in Germany as u know.
