The article contains the censored video. She had sexual advances towards the cabbie and tried to press charges against him but it was all caught on video. She now is charged with simple battery and criminal mischief.

If it was a guy doing this to a female cabbie driver something is telling me he would also have had sexual charges. With video or not. Sad to say this gives me a little bit of rage. I hate how men are screwed over in things like rape accusations and divorce alimony.
 
It should be sexual assault. A lot like how a male teacher sleeping with a 16 year old female student gets 20+ years and a female teacher having sex with a 13 year old student gets probation. There is a pretty strong double standard in things like this.

If only you could muster the same kind of rage for how women are screwed over by men in things like rape.

For the love of me, I can't understand the people who appear not to be disturbed by the thousands and thousands of rapes that occur, or other cases when men sexually assault women, but get all worked up by the relatively few cases in which women falsely accuse men of rape or sexual assault.

People don't care about women getting raped? Who?
Everyone I know of thinks rape is the worst thing possible (other than maybe sexual assault of kids) and alot of people I know think that rapists should get the death penalty. I have heard that when a man goes to prison on rape convictions that they are usually targeted more fiercely than others.
I have heard many people say that if they could get thier hands a rapist that they would love to beat them to a bloody pulp and end thier life.

You think people don't get enraged by rape and don't get disturbed by it? I have found the exact opposite to be true

If you account for jail rapes men get raped more than woman. Of course I care about rape. The fact that you only mentioned woman rape and not men rape is sexist.

She has a lot to learn about sexual harassment.

I read an article on the internet of an Asian guy who went to jail because of something he did when he was young, like 18 I think. I think it was for having sex with a drunk girl or something like that. When he went to jail he got raped a ton. He said that Asians are considered more feminine than anyone else so most Asians who go to jail get the ̶s̶h̶o̶r̶t̶ long of the stick. Also no gangs to join for protection as gangs are based almost entirely on race.
