I'm sorry, I just can't get over what an awful person you are. Any complaints about the economic situation is class warfare. Any complaints about prejudice is race baiting. Just an awful human being. Awful. You should be called out as much as Dutch. But you're not, and I can't stand it. So you win.

It hasn't. Executive pay has grown by 600-900% since 70s, while average pay has grown between 0-30% depending on how you measure inflation.

Wealth for everyone except the very top has not kept up with GDP for a few decades now. So your definition of growing wealth is absurd when the average person's purchasing power has declined. Can someone on an entry level salary even buy house in the city anymore? No.

The CEO of the company I work for consumes around 15% of the entire payroll for one of the largest companies in the state. Bet yours is the same. They don't have money for raises after that!

Shame and guilt are powerful motivators. Ever heard of Christianity or Islam? Major civilizations have been built on shame and guilt. They can be very productive.

I want to amend this and say that we should feel guilty for demonizing poor whites as well, and calling them **** like "white trash", which is a white supremacists concept that attempts to set the "standard" for what is appropriate white behavior and lifestyle. We have a ton to be ashamed of.

Guilt and shame are not counterproductive. And people, white and otherwise, should be ashamed that their country provides lesser opportunities to non-whites.
