As the season progresses it appears less likely that Utah can hang on to their pick. Maybe it's time to consider trying to make sure the pick OKC gets from us is as bad as possible.

Having an NBA wide lottery for the first 5 picks then a straight lottery for all remaining non playoff teams draft positions would eliminate any incentive to tank.
