It's simple. Just stop giving good draft picks to teams with bad records. You don't need talks, you don't need experts, you just need to stop rewarding teams that are bad by design.
It's terrifying to contemplate that with the exception of a man out of the season and Nurkić, there probably isn't a player on the Jazz who will ever be a net positive on defense. I mean, holy crap the last 4-5 drafts.
