All these ideas sound great but the brilliant NBA sports minds will find some way to make the tanking dilemma even worse They have fouled up every other way to make the game watchable and enjoyable

What do you mean zero fouls? No fouls called against him? Not sure what that may mean If you are an elite defender you would get fouls called on you for being aggressive Is he that good or does he not defend?
