Hate to possibly burst the bubble but when they use the trade exception, it uses the entire amount regardless of the players value. So, from my understanding, there is no remaining trade exception.

Maybe call Dish and ask them why your SD channel is not showing up. Hell, get a credit if anything. :)

Okur, try it the way Midnight shift did it. Mine showed up but the look of the guides vary depending on what model or age it is. Let us know if it works or not.
