    NBA Finals: Spurs vs. Heat

It's always answer 'C' - a little bit of both! Patty Mills is better than Gary Neal. Leonard is better. Diaw is better. They play better with each other as well with more experience.

    2014 NBA Finals

Yeah Duncan hit a record with that stat. He's one of 3 players in NBA finals history to score 20 and 10 on 90% shooting, the other two being Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell.

    Game #5 - Utah Jazz vs Los Angeles Lakers - 11/7/12 - 7:00 PM MST - Root Sports, 1280 AM/97.5 FM

I'm a spurs fan from spurstalk (I signed up during the spurs/jazz playoff round last season). While it's a safe bet that jazz fans and spurs fans probably don't like each other, it's a safer bet that fans of both teams hate prima donna superstar teams like the Lakers even more. I watched...

    The Thunder

I suppose I gotta go with the "mvp" of all "STd's" - genital herpes (HSV1 or HSV2), the most common STD in the U.S.

    The Thunder

Nah, I'm another poster from spurstalk ("ST" = spurstalk, dmvp is one of my screen names, albeit not the on I use on ST).

    The Thunder

There's an interesting "picture" thread on spurstalk highlighting 18 possessions where the Spurs didn't score not because OKC had some sort of secret, super awesome defense, but rather because the Spurs simply didn't pass to the open man and didn't take advantage of often times poor defense by...

    The Thunder

How's that any different from this logic: Game 1, the Spurs just sucked and still won. Game 2 they stomped OKC. Game 3 Spurs just sucked and OKC played really well.

Audi A4 vs Benz C300 vs BMW 328i

I considered all those cars and ended up with a Lexus IS350. I think you should have that car on your radar as well. A well optioned IS350 actually costs less than well optioned 328i, believe it or not, and you get the benefit of 300 horses and added reliability. The IS350 has been pegged by...

    We have to have Harden

Harden can play point but only in spurts. He's essentially a Ginobili clone. He was actually quoted pre-draft saying he heavily followed Manu Ginobili's game and tried to model his own game after Ginobili's. Ginobili is a playmaking 2 guard who can play the point, but not as a 1st option...

    The Thunder

Miami is a "worse" version of OKC. Very star heavy without as much team ball/passing/getting role players involved. OKC has Durant, Westbrook, and Harden. Miami has Lebron (equal to Durant) and Wade... May not even have Bosh for the Finals. Miami is pretty much cooked. Spurs already showed...

Who does JazzFanz wants to win it all this year?

I retorted with that sarcastic remark because I don't agree with you to begin with. No, we don't see overt favoritism for the Spurs in these games. In fact, in Spurs-Clippers games 3 and 4, I thought there was far more favoritism for the Clippers in key moments of the game. Late in game 3...

Who does JazzFanz wants to win it all this year?

Totally man, David Stern and the refs are really pushing for the small market Spurs to make it to the Finals with the type of ratings they bring in.

Who does JazzFanz wants to win it all this year?

I disagree, I think the superstars guards/SFs tend to palm the ball more and get away with it than the "average" NBA player. Chris Paul palms the ball all the time. So does Rose and Wade and Kobe (as someone mentioned earlier). Can you imagine how much Derrick Rose would lose on his crossover...

Who does JazzFanz wants to win it all this year?

Spurs have another, larger option to guard Durant if Leonard ends up being a mismatch - Stephen Jackson. The Spurs 2nd unit often times is Neal, Ginobili, Jackson at the 1, 2, and 3 respectively (or Parker, Ginobili, and Leonard or Jackson at the 3). FWIW, Leonard did a fantastic job...

    Pop's Brilliance

ESPN First take - https://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=7946140 Around 30:00 min. mark, Stephen A. Smith calls the Spurs the best team in basketball right now and that they would take care of the Heat almost effortlessly in the Finals. That should greatly diminish the shame in losing...
