JAZZ THUNDER GAME THREAD

I'm just watching the 2nd half now. WTF at that Westbrook foul of Donovan in the open court that should have been Russ's 6th foul. How on earth is that not a foul??!??!
 
Refs hurt us but we had lots of opportunities and missed them.

I loved Donovan going up for the monster one handed dunk but.... Two hands on the ball and not trying to throw it down hard and he makes that dunk just fine. Also so many many missed wide open shots.
 
Friendly reminder about people bagging on donovan. We missed 16 points in almost wide open dunks and layups.

I get the Quin shortleash Dante stuff (heck I have mentioned it myself heaps), but you take it way too far. You take great joy in seeing Jazz players struggle etc.

I'm not trolling. I go for the jazz. I'm just being honest. Donovan if very inefficient. Plus u tell me all the s### all these fans give dante. Um do u tell them that are trolling? Double standards don't u think?
 
But I do think Donovan has great potential. But unfortunately ATM he's not playing very well. I like Donovan alot as a player though. The only problem he relies alot on his shot. So if he's shot is off he's not very effective. But he has time to improve alot which I hope he does
 
Hard to keep things in perspective with an emotional game against a fresh rival, but I am pleased with things. A month ago, this would have been a blowout. For the Thunder to win it took another rest advantage, a 40 point outpouring from PG13, some blown calls, a 23-2 run, and Donovan experiencing growing pains to win by a point. I'm not big on moral victories, but I'll buy optimism all day long and for me, this game provides it.

They got great looks throughout almost that entire stretch, they just didn't hit shots. Favors missed like 3 or 4 layups at the rim off of oops and rolls to the hoop, Exum missed a layup and a wide open three, shooters missed a bunch of wide open threes.

They got great looks against the best defense in the league, they just missed shots. Exum ran the offense fine.
