I have comparison between the other huge signigns of 180M of Middleton and Harris against Bojan later in the thread where I clearly am stating that compared to those 2 signings we got a bargain. Then I have some advanced stat projection comment... and a comment about how this off-season will be the test about how much fit really matters. Where did you find the glum part of me here? Come on... this is getting ridiculous.

I see the offense jumping from 14th to 7th, and the defense sliding from 2nd to 5th. We'll probably win 5 more games. What do you think will happen?
The problem is that we have very shaky depth right now. Our ceiling is higher(if we stay healthy - 55+?) but also our floor is lower because we are not really built to survive injuries. Lets see what DLZ do by the end of FA with the exceptions and how they fill out the roster. IMO if we are healthy, we will be good. Really good! If we are not... I don't know. Depends on who's not healthy I guess. if Rudy gets injured we are screwed for example.

It’s early in FA. A lot of teams have shaky depth. Hell, look at the Lakers.
Aside from the obvious outside shooting, he's really good at pulling up for jumpers, even in traffic. His mid-range shooting is among the best in the NBA. He also seems to score well on the break; kind of reminds me of Ingles in that he's a better athlete than he looks to be... likely because he hustles a lot but sometimes looks goofy when he finishes around the basket as it can appear awkward.
One cool thing is Niang now has a teammate he can work to emulate.

As much as I want Green, I’d make a hardcore pitch to Beverley. Having him for his leadership, shooting and depth would be huge. He’d add some nasty. Offer him the most we can offer him. Sell him hard Xanax!
Then we could probably still get Gibson on a vet minimum or fill in the 4/5 somehow, some way. But Bev would be a massive asset. If you could sell him on it.
